We are a national Financial Planning company currently seeking an experienced individual for administrative support in our Financial Planning Team at our Sydney office.

​

Your role will be to provide a high level of administrative support to designated Advisers through the management of all business and administrative functions. Manage the client service experience and relationship and provide a familiar and competent point of contact for the client when the adviser is unavailable.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage Planner appointments/schedule, including co-ordination of all client review appointments

  • Receive Planner telephone calls and action appropriately

  • Receive Planner correspondence, electronic and postal-distribute appropriately

  • Manage Planner directed marketing (e.g. coordinating seminars, distribution of client newsletters, email campaigns etc.)

  • Assist during client appointments as required (i.e. photocopying, word processing, coffee etc.)

  • Update client portfolios in preparation for client reviews

  • Assist Planner with basic calculations

  • Assist with the preparation of Records of Advice and other correspondence

  • Management of all paperwork required for transactions including insurance, investment, superannuation, SMSFs, in-specie transfers, accounting data, loans etc.; liaise with relevant parties as required

  • Client investments lodged in appropriate timeframe/s and follow up of all transactions to ensure required outcome is achieved

  • Recording of client details, investments, review dates etc. into FORCe (financial planning CRM)

  • Control of outstanding client correspondence including invoicing for fees and payment follow up

  • Organisation and management of client files

  • Assist the Planner meet compliance standards

  • Provide assistance to other sections of the organisation, as required particularly during absence of other team members

  • Follow the values and culture statement of Fiducian Financial Services

  • RG146 desirable
